The Capitol Theatre announces two new shows to its 2013-2014 season line-up.

Quebec artist Antoine Gratton and the Quatuor Orphée will be at the Empress Theatre on August 14, at 7:30 pm, while The Trews Acoustic take our main stage on November 10 at 7:30 pm. Tickets for these two shows went on sale this morning, June 20 at 10 am.

Antoine Gratton is an artist who explodes on stage. Songs from his latest album La défense du titre will come to life, addressing love, friendship, rupture and courage.

Canadian rock band The Trews present an acoustic version of their show in our beautiful theatre. Right now –2013 – is an exceptional moment in time for The Trews. As the dynamic, dogged rock foursome strides confidently towards the 10th anniversary of their debut studio album (2003’s celebrated House of Ill Fame) while ramping up efforts for their fifth, the Trews – singer Colin MacDonald, guitarist John-Angus MacDonald, drummer Sean Dalton and bassist Jack Syperek — can actually take stock and breathe.

Tickets are on sale now at the Capitol Theatre Box Office (811 Main Street, Moncton). Tickets can also be purchased by calling 506-856-4379 or 1-800-567-1922 or online, at www.capitol.nb.ca.
