The Miramichi Timbit RiverRats hosted its annual Bunny Jamboree January 15^th and 16^th at the Miramichi Civic Centre.

Five teams participated — the Fredericton Green and White Stars, Miramichi Timbit RiverRats, Les Baiejatoux de Baie Ste-Anne, Les Lionnes de Chaleur and Rogersville.

The annual ringette tournament builds confidence, good sportsmanship and team leadership.

For many this is their first opportunity to take part in a fun group activity with other kids their own age.

In this non-competitive event, everyone skates away a winner with all participating teams taking home a medal. There are no top place finishes.
