Former Irish Terrorist Re-visits the Miramichi
The weekend of May 7th – 9th, Miramichi Celebration
2004 comes to the James M. Hill Auditorium.
Internationally known communicator, John McGregor will be the featured
speaker at each of the exciting events.
For over a decade, McGregor has served as a member of the Billy Graham
Team directing Celebrations and speaking about his experience of growing up in Northern Ireland as part of a terrorist organisation
before he fled the country with his family after a life changing experience.
This is McGregor’s second visit to the Miramichi as he had presented
a Prayer Evangelism Conference last year as part of the Miramichi Celebration with Dr. Ralph Bell in co-operation with
the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
The Opening Event will be on Friday, May 7th, at 7:00 p.m. and
will feature the Celebration Choir.
A Community Breakfast will be offered Saturday morning beginning at 8:30
a.m. with Praise & Worship music arranged by Pastor Jody Holmes. Admission to the breakfast is $5.00 and tickets must
be purchased in advance through Rick Mills at 622-7786.
Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. is the "Youth Night" event with a concert
by Martine, 2003 ECMA nominee, and Beggar’s Gold from Moncton.
The Closing Event will be held Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. and will include
a special Mother’s Day Tribute by Susan Butler.
